Who I am

I didn’t grow up in a wellness-aware family. I became a coach by learning how to rebuild myself piece by piece — and by walking alongside clients as they rebuilt themselves too.

I’ve faced uncertainty more times than I care to count:

  • Immigration

  • Supporting a partner through late-onset diabetes

  • Unemployment and major career shifts

  • Parenting while navigating postpartum depression

  • Surviving an eating disorder

  • Getting diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s

What I learned? Caring for others starts with caring for yourself.

You can’t prevent every crisis — but you can build the strength and systems to face whatever comes next.

That’s what I want for you: not perfection or control, but confidence in your ability to stay whole, even when life gets messy.

My approach

My approach

I believe in science and evidence. I don’t sell wellness trends or magic pills.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, perfect routines, or forcing your life into someone else’s idea of “wellness.”

Instead, I work with you to uncover the resources you already have — the ones hiding in your daily environment, your relationships, your habits, your routines, and even in small moments of rest or nature.

Together, we explore the places that can restore you: sleep, food, movement, connection, your physical space, creative or spiritual practices, journaling, nature, and the systems that hold your days together.

Then we turn those insights into simple, realistic routines that lift your energy baseline and help you stay grounded — especially when life gets unpredictable.

You’re not paying for trends or magic solutions.

You’re investing in a body and mind you can depend on, even when you’re caring for everyone else.

Hi! I'm Tamara.
Here are some facts about me. Let's connect!

My favorite thing in my work is to support people in navigating new areas of life, so they don't feel alone and lost.

I am a mom. My daughter is in elementary school.

I had an eating disorder. Studied it from the inside and got out.

I am an immigrant and learned to live in a new country. Fluent in Russian and English.

Supported my husband through adjustment to living with Type 1 Diabetes at his late 20's

Got diagnosed with ADHD at age 39, now learning to embrace my neurodivergence and thrive with it.

What can I do for you?

As a health coach I make sure that during your sessions you feel safe, accepted and valued. You are an expert of your life and you are the one to make decisions on this journey.

I'll be there with you as a guide, partner and a cheer leader.

Help you develop your wellness vision and discover what does your dream healthy self look like.

Set realistic goals that make sense to YOU. Break down big ones into manageable steps and provide the support to make them achievable.

Be your accountability partner. Help you stay focused, track progress, and stay motivated all the way.

I can be with you and hold your hand when you ask for it.

Never went to a gym, because you have no idea how to use the equipment and don't want to feel embarrassed? I'll walk you through it and make sure you get comfortable.

Want to try mindfulness techniques, but afraid of how you might react to the practice? I'll come up with options that fit your preferences and make sure you enjoy the experience.

Have no idea how to cook? I'll help you find the right recipes, teach you the basic cooking skills and accompany you at the grocery store to help you choose the ingredients. Then we can cook together until you feel confident in your kitchen.

Be there for you when you hit roadblocks and help you navigate challenges.

I look forward to welcoming you to my practice and being a part of your journey toward a healthier and more fulfilling life!
