This workshop may be for you if...
You have been so focused on everyday responsibilities that you haven’t had time to consider your own well-being
You want less stress and more freedom, energy, and joy
You feel stretched between several important areas of life
You want to create healthier or more sustainable routines this season
You know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to begin
Traditional goal setting leaves you feeling pressured or discouraged

What we’ll do
We’ll use the Wheel of Life, a visual reflection tool that helps you step back and look at the different areas of your well-being.
During the workshop, you’ll have an opportunity to:
Reassess the areas of life that are meaningful to you
Recognize what is already working well
Identify an area that needs more attention
Clarify what “better” would mean for you
Choose one realistic priority for the season
Turn that priority into a small, practical experiment
Decide how you will observe, learn from, and adjust your experiment
The purpose is not to create a perfectly balanced life or an ambitious list of goals.
It is to leave with greater clarity about what matters now, and one manageable next step.
You do not need to arrive with a goal already in mind. The workshop is designed to help you discover where you want to focus.
Personal reflection and sharing are always optional. You will never be expected to discuss anything you would prefer to keep private, and you are welcome to participate with your camera off.
